Rates

Editing rates vary depending on length, editing level (e.g., proof vs. developmental editing), and content type (e.g., technical documentation, marketing copy, fiction). All fees and arrangements are negotiable on a per-project basis. I use the Editorial Freelancer's Association's recommendations as a guideline.
